I’ve been coming to Metric Motors for over 12 years and love the service and staff. But the last couple of times I’ve been in, the estimated time to complete the work has been wildly off. And I had an appointment each time. This last time, the hour estimate stretched into 2 and I had no choice but to sit in the very cold waiting room. Did not make for a pleasant experience . I also heard of a similar experience from a friend who was recently in for service.

In regards to your concerns about the time you were required to wait, we apologize for any inconvenience that it may have caused you. We work hard to get vehicles serviced in a timely manner, especially when you have taken the time to make an appointment with us. In regards to the comfort of the waiting area, we do sincerely apologize for it being cold. We were having difficulty with the heating in the entire building on that day. With that said, there are instances where unforeseen occurrences do arise. In these instances, we appreciate our customers, such as yourself, who show great patience with our staff.
